Feel The Feeling

Hello, hi, my friends,

How are you? I hope you are feeling happy. Today I know I am feeling really happy. It has warmed up outside and I had the chance to hop on my bike and ride away. Whenever I am feeling upset, riding my bike is a way for me to “deupset”, and “rehappyify” myself. I breathe in the fresh air and take in everything and the beauty around me that God has created for us in nature.

I feel glad.

Riding my bike is a simple action I am able to take to release any feelings that are holding me back from smiling as big as I possibly can. I let myself feel all those emotions and eventually they turn into happiness, because I realize everything I have to be happy about.

I know sometimes it is hard to want to get up and do something when feeling down. However, going and doing something you love or discovering a way to make yourself feel good and others as well can really be helpful. It is okay to feel emotions that make you feel not so well. Nonetheless, you can turn those feelings into happy feelings by letting yourself just let the upset emotions and stressed emotions in and feeling them, but while doing something you love and this way happy feelings emerge soon after and you feel so much better.

If you find what you love, it is so much easier to be happy in times of not so happy feelings.

I hope you feel happy soon. If you struggle with those happy feelings, remember how much God and Jesus Christ love you, they love you so much.

John 3:16 NIVΒ “16Β For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

I hope you feel happy!
